Thursday

Henry was wide awake at 6am, so we went downstairs. I worked with some new product pictures, and Henry sat next to me and watched Pingu, some train crashes and the wheels on the bus on you tube.

After breakfast Caroline took them to Hindås Montessori at around 8:30. 

When I went to collect them at 1:30, they were both at the gate. Annika (a teacher) said they must have an internal clock because they go and play near the gate exactly on time.. (better not be late then!) Annika said that Winston had been playing the plus-minus game all morning, 3 games with her and 3 with Suzanna (another teacher).. and Winston just told me that Hilma was playing too. 

Henry fell asleep in the car on the way back, and Winston played racing games on my phone. Henry stayed asleep for about an hour and a half and Winston carried on playing games. me and Linka watched TV for 45 minutes.

When Henry woke up, I took them both to the Library to pick up some tickets for a play tomorrow. It took about 2 hours to get there and back via Tempo.

Monday

Winston and Henry went to Hindås Montessori today from about 8:30 to 1:30.

After that Caroline took them to Ikea to get some stuff for the house.

Winston went in the play area there for about 30 minutes.

Henry shouted E'O Daddy when they got home. 

Winston was on the tricycle and Henry wanted it. Winston wouldn't give it to him, Henry accepted that pretty quickly.  I played Marbutopia with Henry in the library.

Winston threw some of his food on the floor at dinner, so we told him to get down from the table. 

Henry went to boob to bed with Caroline after dinner, and WInston came downstairs with me. He sat on the potty for ages playing a racing game, and then got in the bath. He washed his hair a bit, but without any shampoo. After that we played a chef memory card game for about 15 minutes before he brushed his teeth himself and went to bed.

Winston can put his own trousers no now.

Henry Boudhanath

According to Henry, everything that even slightly resembles a tower or a dome is Boudhanath now... This morning on the back of a kronor is a crown,

The dome light in the bedroom was Big Boudhanath, the little light was Swayam Boudhanath. Even the teet on his bottle was boudhanath, and he made a boudhanath shape with his fingers.....

This morning, I drew some teeth and some little bugs coming to get them and pooing acid on to them. Winston brushed his own teeth with the electric toothbrush, and Henry volutarily let me brush his teeth after he asked to watch 'train crash' on you tube and I said he could after having his teeth brushed.

Shade, Joni ,Adrian (2.5) and Veda(3m) were here today. 

I took Henry and Winston to the park, Winston on his balance bike and henry in the pram. Henry fell asleep. Winstno and me played restaurants for a while under the slide.. then he went to play by the stream, but I couldn't go with him because I had to stay within earshot of Henry. It was cold and windy and after about 10 minutes Winston wanted to go home to do Code Academy, which we had fun making a picture of winston ordbit a picture of Henry with CSS, then we played angry birds space, whicle Henry was still asleep.  then we made ginger bread men... but Winston just wanted to eat sugar, and Henry joined in towards the end.

I said to Winston that i wouldn't give him a gingerbread man before dinner because it is mainly sugar and butter, but if he ate his dinner and he was still hungry he could have one afterwards. he ate almost nothing, and after dinner he asked once for a gingerbread man and i said no, and he was fine with it. W & H are both very reasonable if the explanations have been done in advance.

Socks on his hands

Henry is being especially cute today.. Socks on his hands... He is trying to say all words now, but only up to 2 words together. Caroline has got some xylotol sweets to bribe Henry to brush his teeth. They are going to landvetter lekland this afternoon with shade join Adrian and Vera.

Winston was saying how bad it was that there was rubbish on the ground when we went to the shops. I asked him what he would do if someone dropped rubbish in his room, and he preferred to pick it up himself than to try and get the perpetrator to pick it up.
